When you place an order or join our waitlist, we collect your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email address, delivery address, and size preferences. We also collect basic, anonymised usage analytics to improve our website.

How we use it

We use your information solely to process and deliver your order, verify your identity, communicate order updates over WhatsApp and email, provide support, and — only if you opt in — share news about future drops.

Sharing

We share your details only with the service providers required to fulfil your order — our courier (Blue Dart via Shiprocket), our email provider (Resend), our WhatsApp provider (AiSensy), and our analytics provider (PostHog). We never sell your personal data.

Data security & retention

Your data is stored securely and retained only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. Payments, when applicable, are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway; we do not store your card details.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
