Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want your piece to fit and feel right. If something isn't perfect, we'll make it right — personally.

Size exchanges

If the fit isn't right, you can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with its original tags intact. To request an exchange, message us on WhatsApp (+91 97211 75717) or email rangrezastudios@gmail.com with your order number and the size you'd like. We'll arrange the exchange subject to availability.

Returns

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or resolve it at no cost to you.

Refunds

For eligible returns of damaged or incorrect items where a replacement isn't possible, any amount paid is refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Please note: because our launch pieces are sold on a pay-after-delivery (postpay) basis, in most cases no payment is taken until you've received and decided on your piece.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched — just message us on WhatsApp. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but the exchange and return terms above still apply.
