About us

This website is operated by House of Rangreza, a registered MSME (Udyam) enterprise based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Orders & acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Our launch pieces are released in limited quantities; placing an order does not guarantee a slot until confirmed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case no charge applies.

Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). For our launch drop, pieces are offered on a pay-after-delivery (postpay) basis with a stated minimum — you receive your piece, then decide and pay a fair price at or above that minimum. Future collections may be sold as standard prepaid orders. We currently operate under the applicable turnover threshold and issue a bill of supply; GST will be charged if and when we become GST-registered.

Shipping, returns & cancellations

Delivery, exchange, return, and cancellation terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, prints, imagery, and content on this site are the property of House of Rangreza and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
